Hardware Error 02 on the Zimmatic BOSS

What it means
A direction signal stayed on while the panel was set to Off.
This is cleared by pressing the Off key. If it keeps coming back, a direction signal is stuck on somewhere, such as a switch out on the machine, the auto-reverse box, or a contact on a direction contactor, rather than a failed control module.
Reading the display and looking the machine over with every door and cover closed is fine. Anything past that means power shut off and locked out at the main disconnect first, and electrical checks belong to a dealer, an electrician, or someone qualified to be in the panel.
This is what Hardware Error 02 means on the Zimmatic BOSS. On a different panel it can mean something else. Wrong panel? Pick another Zimmatic panel.

Center pivots run on high voltage and heavy moving machinery. Shut off and lock out power at the main disconnect before you open a panel or touch anything electrical.
