E15 on the Valley ICON 10 / ICON 1

What it means
UNDERWATER ERROR.
Underwater here means under-watering. The machine covered 5 degrees of travel in less time than the error time set on the panel, so it was moving too fast and putting on less water than it should. It only comes up when the watering timer is turned on. The causes to look into are induced voltages and the percent timer connections, which are checks for a dealer or a qualified technician.
Reading the display and looking the machine over with every door and cover closed is fine. Anything past that means power shut off and locked out at the main disconnect first, and electrical checks belong to a dealer, an electrician, or someone qualified to be in the panel.
