E15 on the Valley Pro / Pro2

What it means on the Pro2
Depends on the firmware version.
Which one you have depends on the firmware version. On some versions E15 is an underwater error, which can only show when the watering timer is turned on. Where it is used, the causes to look into are induced voltages and the percent timer connections, which are checks for a dealer or a qualified technician. On other versions E15 is not assigned and shows as not available. The firmware version is printed on the error screen.
Reading the display and looking the machine over with every door and cover closed is fine. Anything past that means power shut off and locked out at the main disconnect first, and electrical checks belong to a dealer, an electrician, or someone qualified to be in the panel.
What it means on the Pro
No communication with the soil probe: possible bad connection.
This is a soil probe error on this panel. The same number means something else on the newer panel, so go by the panel that is on your machine.
Call a technician for this one, rather than opening the panel.
These are two different faults. Check which panel is on the machine before acting on either one.
