What it means on the Pro2
Possible stuck key.
It shows when a key reads as held down for 10 seconds. A key may be stuck, or the keypad may have failed.
Call a technician for this one, rather than opening the panel.
What it means on the Pro
Keypad: a key may be stuck, or has been held more than seven seconds.
The keypad connection may be at fault.
