Pressure gauge symbol on the Valley Select

What it means

Water pressure fell below the low pressure setting.

This is often not a pressure problem by itself. If the pressure delay setting is not long enough for the system to build pressure after starting, the machine shuts down on this symbol before pressure ever catches up. A machine that trips on this soon after every start is more likely running out of delay time than losing pump pressure. The pressure delay is a panel setting, 10 minutes from the factory, and it has to be long enough for that system to reach pressure. Check it before chasing the pump. If the Auto Restart switch is on, a machine that stopped on low pressure can start again by itself when pressure comes back. Treat it as live and stay clear of it.

This is what it means on the Valley Select. On a different panel the same light or message can mean something else. Wrong panel? Pick another Valley panel.
