This panel has no fault codes. It is read by its eight lights. They follow the electrical sequence, so on a machine that is running or being started, the first light that is off is usually where the problem is, and the lights after it will be dark too. That is normal and is not a second fault. The end tower light cycles on and off, and only one direction light is on at a time. That is normal too. On a machine that is sitting stopped, the control power light should still be on, but most of the others are off, even after a safety shutdown. So on a stopped machine, a dark light other than control power does not by itself point to a bad part.
