GPS light inside the panel, blinking on the Zimmatic BOSS and Vision GPS position unit

What it means

Distance from the pivot point is out of range, a settings problem.

This is the GPS light on the communication board inside the main panel, not the status lamp on the outside of the GPS unit. When it blinks, with or without the SBAS (correction-signal) light next to it also blinking, GPS data is arriving but the distance worked out from the pivot point to the GPS unit falls outside the minimum and maximum set for it. This is a settings problem, not a hardware problem, and nothing needs replacing.

This is what it means on the Zimmatic BOSS and Vision GPS position unit. On a different panel the same light or message can mean something else. Wrong panel? Pick another Zimmatic panel.

Center pivots run on high voltage and heavy moving machinery. Shut off and lock out power at the main disconnect before you open a panel or touch anything electrical.
